Prayer of Manasseh

TEFILLAH MANASHEH / Prayer of Manasseh

O Yahwah, Almighty Father of our fathers, Abraham, Isaac, Yaacob, and of their righteous seed.
You made heaven and earth, with all their ornaments.
You bound the sea by the word of your commandment, shut up the deep, and sealed it by your terrible and glorious Name.
All men fear and tremble before your power.
The majesty of your glory cannot be borne, your angry threatening toward sinners is unbearable.
But your merciful promise is unmeasurable and unsearchable.
You are the most high Yahwah, of great compassion, longsuffering, very merciful, and repents of the evils of men. O Yahwah, according to your great goodness you promised repentance and forgiveness to those who sinned against you. Of your infinite mercies you appointed repentance unto sinners, that they may be saved.
O Yahwah, the Father of the just. You did not appoint repentance to the just, as to Abraham, Isaac, and Yaacob, who did not sin against you. You appointed repentance to me who am a sinner.
I sinned above the number of the sands of the sea. My transgressions, O Yahwah, are multiplied. My transgressions are multiplied, I am not worthy to behold and see the height of heaven for the multitude of my iniquities.
I am bowed down with many iron bands, that I cannot lift up my head, neither have any release. I provoked your wrath, and did evil before you. I did not do your will, neither did I keep your commandments. I set up abominations, and multiplied offences.
Now I bow the knee of my heart, begging you of grace.
I sinned, O Yahwah, I sinned, I acknowledge my iniquities.
I humbly beg you, forgive me. O Yahwah, forgive me. Do not destroy me with my iniquites. Do not be angry with me forever, by reserving evil for me, nor condemn me to the lower parts of the earth. You are the Father, even the Father of those who repent.
You will show all your goodness in me. You will save me, who am unworthy, according to your great mercy.
Therefore I praise you forever all the days of my life. All the powers of the heavens do praise you, and yours is the glory for ever and ever. Amein.
